Redding Practical Arnis

Our Arnis program blends real-world self-defense with a strong martial arts lineage. Based on Grandmaster Remy Presas’s Modern Arnis and further developed by Master Joe Bueno, Practical Arnis combines stick and empty-hand techniques in a system that’s simple, direct, and effective. Under the guidance of Master Scott Redden, training focuses on flow, timing, and adaptability—with a balance of striking and grappling that works for all experience levels.
